Jean is the organisational powerhouse behind the scenes at Julia Hart Skin Clinic. Having previously worked in the motor trade as a Sales Administrator and later as a Financial Controller within the catering industry, she brings a wealth of experience in administration, finance and keeping businesses running smoothly. Her particular love of spreadsheets makes her a rather invaluable member of the team — especially as Julia has made it very clear that spreadsheets are not her area of expertise!

As our Office Manager, Jean keeps a close eye on the day-to-day running of the business, from finances and budgets to making sure that Julia’s enthusiasm for the latest piece of equipment remains within some semblance of financial reality. She is the person who keeps an eye on the numbers, the spending and the practical side of the business, allowing the clinical team to concentrate on what they do best — looking after our patients.

Jean is naturally quite shy and much happier keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes than stepping in front of the camera. In fact, she was so reluctant to have her photograph taken that we eventually resorted to an AI version — apparently the only way we were getting Jean onto the website! Away from the spreadsheets, Jean is an avid gamer and is always happy to keep Julia up to date with the latest developments in World of Warcraft, whether Julia has any idea what she is talking about or not. Her combination of financial know-how, organisation, attention to detail and wonderfully dry sense of humour makes Jean an essential part of the team.
