The Plan/Memberships allows you to pay a pre-agreed sum of money each month via direct debit ("Monthly Payment"), which will be credited to your Clinic account for use on aesthetic treatments and products.
 

The Monthly Payment amount will be determined at the time of enrolment and confirmed in writing.
 

Funds can only be used for treatments and services offered by the Clinic and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.
 

1.Duration of Contract

1.1. All Plans and Memberships are for a minimum of 12-month contract. The Contract Term begins on the date your first Monthly Payment is successfully processed. Discounts will not be applicable until after this date. 

1.2. At the end of the Contract Term, the Agreement will automatically renew for a further 12-month period unless terminated by either party in accordance with the termination provisions outlined below.

2. Cooling-Off Period

2.1. You have the right to cancel any Agreement within 14 days of the date of signing without providing any reason.

2.2. To exercise your right to cancel within the Cooling-Off Period, you must notify the Clinic in writing before the 14-day period expires. Upon cancellation, any Monthly Payments made during the Cooling-Off Period will be refunded to you in full.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Monthly Payments will be collected via direct debit on the agreed-upon date each month.

3.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available in your personal finance account to cover the Monthly Payment. If a payment is missed or declined, the Clinic reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for each missed payment and may suspend your access to the services until the payment issue is resolved.

5.3. The Monthly Payment amount may be reviewed and adjusted annually. You will be notified in writing of any changes at least 90 days before they take effect.

4. Use of Funds

​

4.1. Funds accrued in your account may be used to pay for any aesthetic treatments or services provided by the Clinic. 

4.2. If for any reason you are no longer able to undergo aesthetic treatments due to medical reasons, funds can be transferred to another individual at the Clinics discretion.

4.3. Any unused funds at the end of the Contract Term will remain on the clients account to be used at future appointments up to 24 months. 

 

5. Termination of Agreement

5.1. You may cancel the Agreement at any time after the initial 12-month Contract Term by providing the Clinic with at least one month's written notice.

5.2. If you wish to cancel the Agreement before the end of the Contract Term, you will be required to pay an early termination fee equivalent to the monthly direct debit amount. 

5.3. In case of termination any fee outstanding for treatments that have been provided under Face-Plan will be due immediately.  

5.5. In the event that the Client cancels within 12 months of receiving discounted treatments the amount of the discount will be repayable immediately.

5.3. The Clinic reserves the right to terminate the Agreement at any time, with immediate effect, if you breach any of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, or if the direct debit payment is repeatedly missed. In such cases, any outstanding balance owed to the Clinic will become immediately due.
5.4 You may pause any membership for up to 3 months with 1 months written notice. You may pause your membership once per 12 month contract term. 

 

6. Amendments to the Agreement

6.1. The Clinic reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of the Agreement at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to you in writing at least 30 days before they take effect.

6.2. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you have the right to terminate the Agreement by providing one month's written notice as per the Termination of Agreement clause above.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with the Agreement.
